Entech Design offers comprehensive customer support to assure proper installation and operation of your equipment. Our product line is limited to one technology, so when you contact our service professionals, you know you are speaking with an expert - not a generalist that is only broadly trained in a variety of product lines.

EchoSmart Factory Remote Service

We offer industry leading Factory Remote Service for off-site instrument commissioning and performance monitoring. Our data modem service allows Entech Design service personnel to remotely access installed instruments, enter operating parameters and perform signal diagnostics to assure correct configuration and optimum operation. It's like having an expert field technician on site at a fraction of the cost. And, when EchoSmart is implemented in a network arrangement, up to sixteen (16) instruments are accessed with one service modem - a truly state of the art and highly cost effective path to customer satisfaction.

Field Service and Training

If your project calls for on-site instrument commissioning and training, Entech Design engineers and qualified service personnel are ready to provide the efficient services that you require. Many of our Territory Sales Representatives are Factory Authorized Service Representatives and are fully qualified to commission our equipment and perform technical and operational training.

WARRANTY AND REPAIR

Entech Design Warrants to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of shipping that the equipment is free from defects in material or workmanship. See the Entech Design Limited Express Warranty for complete details. We suggest that you call for an initial evaluation prior to returning equipment for repair. Request and refer to your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) with all returns.

Field Evaluations

We are pleased to support field evaluations of EchoSmart and FilterSmart analyzers in your plant. We supply the equipment complete with Factory Remote Start-up and weekly data collection. It's your responsibility to install the instrument with the support of an Entech Design Factory Authorized representative, often our local Territory Sales Representative, and in accordance with our instructions. Installation in most applications is simple, requiring only temporary mounting of a Sensor and Controller from existing safety railing using mounting brackets that we supply and a 3/4 inch rigid conduit that you supply. You provide temporary 110/240 VAC power to the instrument and optionally may connect to the onboard 4-20 mA signal for local data collection. We download instrument trend data and send it to you on a weekly basis. We ask that you record field measurements using your standard method (sludge tube, suspended solids meter, etc.) and exchange that data with us. It is highly advisable to increase the frequency of field measurements during the course of the evaluation in order to have sufficient data for comparison. Product evaluations typically are concluded in 2-4 weeks, but we will gladly consider your special requests. CAUTION: A high percentage of plants that evaluate our equipment purchase within one year of the product demonstration or specify it in upcoming projects.
